Strategics Minerals expresses its rejection and complete disagreement with the content of the Court Order published on December 1, 2023 and notified to the company on the 13th by the 3rd Section of the High Court of Justice of A Coruña, and announces its decision to file an appeal in cassation before the Supreme Court on the grounds that such decision violates essential rules of a procedural and substantive nature.
